100% she's not going to pay those tickets OR get her car in regulations and nothing is going to happen. The only people that seem to follow the laws are the middle class because they can't afford tickets or to go to jail.

The tow was great at the end, suprised me and I loved it! I forgot as soon as they find no insurance its gotta get towed because you cant drive without valid insurance. :)
