Work in apartment maintenance, every single time we’ve evicted someone they say the same thing, they didn’t get served. The Court system tapes it to the front door using heavy tape, you have to rip it off.. It isn’t even served by the landlord. And you can be evicted for alot of things, she probably was told not to do something and did it anyway and now she’s just mad they didn’t put up with her BS, same story every time. “I didn’t get no notice!” 15 Voicemails and Emails. Same story literally every time.

That just means you plain old trashin it up, evicting someone costs money, you were possibly doing more damage to the property than the section 8 they were bringing in..

A low frame rate camera pointed towards the front door has saved me more than once from false accusations and lying courts. You can go back and show that they never served you. Most of the time when they lie the court is complacent about it because the court doesn't punish them.
