There's no law against aliens lobbying Congress to pass legislation. But it is ridiculous a noncitizen like Nicki Minaj is campaigning to disenfranchise US citizens who are in demographic groups deemed likely to vote Democrat in order to help Trump and Republicans rig elections and cheat.
