So, he can be charged with unlawful detention (kidnapping) by boxing her in. Also, she should never get out of her car and leave her kids alone, especially with another guy there (the cameraman). The guy has already committed a felony by detaining her. By her cart hitting his car (a simple insurance issue, or minor misdemeanor at worst), he should have taken her license#, let her go, and reported it to police if there was indeed damage. By her leaving, she’s not even guilty of leaving the scene of an accident because she didn’t hit his car with her vehicle. The guy is in big trouble, and it’s all been recorded. The video can subpoenaed, and if he destroys the video, he can be charged with tampering with evidence, another felony. However, he will probably show it to police himself, incriminating himself. The dude is just not very smart.

So fake! Just call the police, provide them with her car make and tag, have her charge for vandalism and leaving the scene.

Hey man, first of all, you can't take the car insurance because no part of her car was involved in the collision with your car . She was just like a pedestrian with a cart at the time of the collision. Secondly, the cart did not hit that part of the car he was pointing to (dented area). The cart hit the tyre but caused no visible dent. The dent he was referring to had been there before the cart hit the car. The guy could be charged for unlawful detention.

I had mine roll away and hit not 1 but 2 cars. I freaked out so much I left my car door open to chase it. I totally apologized to both car owners and they were fine. And now I know how to park my cart way better! 🫣
