I’ve never been a hiring manager but I’m pretty sure that being chill, having pretty colors + a cool font, & making a good scramble aren’t top priorities on the short list of being hired as a professional 😆

Look it up on LinkedIn NO ONE is getting hired. 1000’s of applicants within the first hour of job postings- most overqualified with many years of experience. Not even rejections - just ghosted. It’s almost like someone is lying about how great the economy is performing. Hmmm

Maybe it’s just me, but videoing yourself in your PJs might not be the best way to prove to a potential employer you wouldn’t be trouble from day one.

I fixed her resume. -Getting her masters in business -Has an apartment/is unemployed -Can make scrambled eggs -Uses words like "gorge" and "bagillion" and "umm like" -Has no skills

I was with her all the way until she said “we loved the font you picked, and the color scheme” And now I’m really concerned that her resume might be comic sans in 4 different colors 😂😂

Stop filling out the race and gender part… I just learned that myself, after 150 applications filled out. Started over this week 🤷🏼‍♀️
