This lady is 100% on the money. Trump's statements on illegal immigration are identical to 90s/00s Democratic positions on the topic. More surprising: the anti-Trump panelists weren't shouting over her at the tops of their lungs.

Sounds like she entered the country using the refugee admission program or temporary protected status attempting to escape political instability in Iran and then as an undocumented person in Pakistan? Under the current admin she would be considered a criminal and here illegally. Will she self deport? Moreover, under the current admin she and her family would be stuck in Vienna because both programs have been suspended (unless you are a white South African). No one wants an open border, everyone wants to deport with extreme prejudice any actual criminal, including but not limited to violent, sexual, and financial crimes; but calling someone a criminal retroactively because a rules change occurred and the paperwork is no longer considered valid is dumb. All any rational person wants is for the government to uphold the constitution and give any person, regardless of “status,” in the us the right to due process. Thank you for attending my ted talk.

They are not "undocumented". No one forgot to fill their paperwork, they entered the country illegally.

Illegal immigration also affects the Electoral College and could determine a close presidential election. Does ANYBODY think any founders any Amendments had this intention or created these incentives? Of course not, because they didn't.
