Trigger warning: this podcast contains themes of mental health and suicide. It’s a particularly emotional podcast this week. I was joined by Lynsey and her husband Kieran – who is a NHS GP - who talk me through how Lynsey’s mental health deteriorated rapidly during her perimenopause which saw her sectioned under the Mental Health Act. She sustained multiple fractures after trying to end her life and was in a trauma hospital for a few weeks. She was prescribed numerous drugs and even received nine sessions of ECT without any improvement. Her husband had to battle to finally have HRT prescribed for her which thankfully has improved her to the extent she no longer experiences these intrusive thoughts. Lynsey was very keen to tell her story and I was very keen to share it because talking about our experiences is a way of helping others. There urgently needs more training about menopause and safe prescribing of HRT in all specialities (including for psychiatrists) so suffering like Lynsey’s no longer occurs. This woman obviously has physical and mental health problems. She is in a Walgreens causing a scene, saying she needs help to get wheeled out. But how did she get in there in the first place? Then she has an issue with being filmed and with bottles not being “sealed.” I would think she would need someone helping her, as she clearly cannot do regular everyday things on her own.

In 2020, Marjorie TRAITOR Greene Marjorie Taylor Greene donated to my campaign, called me her friend, and celebrated with me when President Trump congratulated both of us on our primary wins. She said I was exactly the kind of America First fighter she wanted standing beside her in Congress. Then she flipped. She started calling me “crazy,” pretending like she never supported me, and then she started mocking me over her false claims that I have “mental health issues”, which is a blatant lie. She knows I was targeted by the FBI, but she has continued to lie about me to push a false narrative. She even endorsed me again in 2021 before Kevin McCarthy shut her down and told her “no member of Congress is allowed to endorse Laura Loomer.” This is who she is. She says one thing in public, and then she does another in private, and lies about both. She lies about me, and now she’s lying about President Trump. It’s very personal and I’m not letting her get away with it. Good thing I have all of the receipts to prove what a liar she is.
