But as she looked more closely, she saw that for the most difficult and painful memories in her life, there was only one set of footprints. Turning to Lord Pritzker, she said, “Lord Pritzker, when I needed you the most, why did you leave me?” Lord Pritzker said back, “Those were the moments I carried you.”
