She literally explained that the discomfort of discipline is nothing compared to the pain of regret.

@parveen__tyagi Me who sleep at 4 am

@parveen__tyagi The problem is it is not true. Regret doesn't hurt that much because you can change your point of view along life.

I remember this one evening… He was lying on his bed, phone in hand, alarm already set for 5AM gym. He even whispered to himself, “Tomorrow I start a new life.” 5AM came. Alarm rang. He opened one eye… stared at the ceiling like it offended him then gently tapped “snooze” like a peaceful agreement between him and failure 😭 “Just 10 more minutes.” 10 minutes turned to 2 hours. Gym plan vanished. Fast forward weeks later, same bed, same phone, but now he’s scrolling through people who actually woke up, trained, built something. That quiet feeling hits, not loud, not dramatic, just deep: “Ah… I should have just stood up that day.” That’s when it makes sense😩 The discomfort of discipline is small but regret? Regret will sit with you on your bed… and replay the moment you chose comfort 💀

@parveen__tyagi Discipline hurts for a moment. Regret echoes for years. That gap is where the real work begins — and it starts with what you train your mind to hold onto.
