U just don't get that kind of data without sticking yourself in the mess without fear but integrity and devotion to getting the answers U seek. That takes guts and few have that in them.

I feel that this is the point where things dont make sense to most. understanding the difference between emotions and logic

And also the more we eduacte ourself about the situation, the hell of the change become justified and less scary cz u keep telling ur brain Yess Im aware this is making me uncomfortable and extremely hard, but u can trust it cz the results will be amazing and worth it 🫠

Can she run my life pls?

Who is talking in this video?

i think healing your nervous system is such a cool topic, really glad she explained it in a way that makes sense

A little bit of constructive criticism here- can this be simplified? What you said is true. There are people out there that need help but this format is gibberish to them. Be clear and keep it simple. We also need strategies for those that have yet to escape.

I can’t explain why but the vibe i’m getting here is that this sounds like the most single person you’ll meet, and kinda selfish and no sense of community orientation on the advice. I dunno, just feels like bad advice.

There is a lot of great information here. Because most people are at a constant state of dysregulation, they cannot learn this information optimally Pause the video and take a moment for yourself. Regulate. Think. Act.

@pa49932 Ok, not bad. But the concern bangs?

@Dinollion Got about a 3rd the way through this and I’m like ok sure…but that just means everyone Needs Jesus! It’s a great way to start the day!….

The concept is true; however, it’s not “data”. They are called neuronal connections. Look it up for a more scientific and true explanation.

In the moment so hard to see it in hindsight it’s obvious

This was fucking amazing!

Her video just made me realize why I've always tolerated avoidant personalities...because it accommodated my crushing fear of conflict. 🤯

BS - this is only true for those who live in a materialist world where all that matters is the brain and experience is irrelevant because they've been brainwashed to dismiss subjective experience

"choose a familiar hell over an unfamiliar heaven..."hmm...

@grok who originally created the content in this video

there's nice ring to it

When Carl Jung said that "all Neurosis is a substitute for legitimate suffering," it seems what she is referring to is the latter. Because it's the only way to free ourselves from the bondage of the former.

Insightful

💯💯💯 iteration and identity is everything

@grok summary, bullet points, and analysis

@Candlelover_ this thread is everything. the language learning struggle is REAL

This is exactly why good therapy works: it gives your nervous system a model to *update*. The bottleneck? Access — 1 session/week isn't enough signal. What if your journal gave you that same reflective loop, daily? That's the gap @aibytekat is pointing to. And what is designed for.

@grok escreva tudo que ela fala e traduza para o português

This haircut does not say “healed” 😂😂

BS!

🤣

🌸

@grok attach the original video and source.

That was lovely and inspiring of thought. Thank you x

The comfort zone killed many a mans dream

Maybe a good intend, but the data gibberish is not helpful for many...
