I had a friend in college who had this done. She had debilitating upper back pain from the weight. Big breasts are basically two weights you're constantly having to hold up. Over time that can be hell on your spine.

People who do not have big jugs, have no idea how hard it is to find proper fitting tops, bras, the should pain the back they cause. I am glad she had done and is happy with it.

Yep, most women who are lg breasted would rather be smaller. It's really a curse cuz you aren't treated the same as smaller breasted women are. At 16 I was harassed by men in their 50's & older & of course younger. It was horrible, made me feel I had no worth

They can be very heavy when disproportionately large for her frame. She looks much better balanced with them reduced. It has obviously given her confidence.
