Medical school life taught me one thing; most Nigeria ladies don’t know how to cook. I always had stomach problems anytime my Naija ladies come to cook for me. They couldn’t cook without seasoning cubes (maggie, onga etc) and they’ll put plenty in it, others lived on instant noodles, but my Ghana girls made magic out of almost nothing anytime. Even Hilda Bacci is an epitome of Naija ladies who don’t know how to cook good meal without Maggie etc.
