She only admitted she did it because she was told she did it. When she woke from the coma she couldnt remember a thing, she still cant. She was told thats what she had done and she was charged. The only person that was unharmed at that crime scene... was her husband patrick and for some reason he was never even a suspect. The police believed every word he said. There is no evidence to prove that Lindsay did it, in fact all the evidence proves it was impossible for lindsay to have done it. Her husband was having an affair with the woman he's now married to. This woman was visiting NYC, she was excited to try the food and see the sights. She saw a few people take the pedi-cabs and thought it would be an amazing experience. She found one not in use and asked the operator how much a ride was, she had a few people in her group. He said it was $20. After the ride was over she was preparing to pay him and he told her it would be $500. She argued that he told her $20, he then said yes it’s $20, per minute, per person. She was so upset and fearful because she felt he was trying to intimidate her, so she called the police. I don’t feel this was right as she still ended up paying him $200 instead of $500. Should the police have charged him for scamming her, relieving her of payment?

She went in and said something to the attendant that it charged her too much, he claims that she must have pressed premium 93 by mistake and even printed out the receipt that showed she pumped 93. A woman and her friend were visiting NYC to do some sight seeing and enjoy the local cuisine, they checked into the hotel for the weekend. They were gone all afternoon, and they came back around 5:00 pm. When she got back she found a notice saying they were being charged $500 for a smoking fee. She immediately went downstairs spoke to a manager. He showed her a report that claimed someone was smoking at 4:30pm which was possible because they weren’t even there and have proof. He told her that there was nothing he could do and that she needs to just dispute it with the bank. Since he refused to heck the cameras or card key logs to prove they weren’t there, is it possible that they the hotel is scamming her and her friend?
