This is just another reason to not trust our government or prosecutors when anyone steps in a courtroom. This is self defense… Fact is, this would not have happened if the police had done their job and protected both individuals that day and they did not.

The DA is speaking to the jury as if they can’t comprehend instructions that will be given to them by the judge. I think it’s insulting. When a DA does this I believe they know they didn’t win the case. Otherwise they would be speaking about the evidence they have & not rules.

How many times must you call the police and when they finally come why should you have to hope that they will serve and protect you? They failed her. She wanted protection and they walked off telling her to go ahead and enter the lion’s den Shame.

Johnson knew her ph needed charging, but because she didn't want Mr. Smith to know where she was at. Her face isn't broken nor bruised. Johnson is a bully and look confirmations.

She’s NOT GUILTY!!! I’m soooo sick of this legal system constantly trying to lock up the TRUE victims!!! She was victimized by everyone in the situation, including the police who were SUPPOSED to HELP HER!! Ridiculous!! If she wanted to kill him she WOULD NOT CALL THE COPS!
