Right now it is Vesna. Most fun I’ve had in this game since Scribe Alhaitham, b4 that Heizou, HuTao, Keqing. I’d say Mavuika but her animations and effects don’t flow into each other if you dare deviate from the hold CA gameplay, so she’s glitching and teleportating erratically.

The way her multipliers are ATK based but she gives herself ATK based on HP but also most of her damage is vapeable so she can literally make use of 3 different offensive stats on top of crit…. generous artifact queen

Yet she doesn’t have a tailor-made artifact set 😞
