I served for years and you could just tell which people were going to send their plate back. There’s a certain “I’m better than you and than this place” air to them. At a 4 star restaurant. It could be a perfect dish, exactly what they described, but it would still be wrong. They would almost get excited about it lmao and the mostly eaten ones would alllllways get me yelled at, even if I didn’t argue them 🤦🏻‍♀️
