Bringing back gentlemen won't be a "thank you" kind of service. It requires women counteracting hypergamy, staying loyal, and respecting the man as the king.

I was raised to be a gentleman. Got passed over several times in my youth because being an asshole simply felt wrong, despite what appeared to be evidence to the contrary. Eventually met a beautiful young lady who shared the same values and we fell in love. We've been married for 26 years. Being a gentleman is more than simply bagging chicks, it's about being able to look at yourself in the mirror and respecting the person looking back at you as someone of virtue, dignity & honor. Be the character you'd want to marry and you might be surprised at who appears at your side one day loving you for those qualities.

No paying her bills. That was originally seen as a courtesy, not an expectation. From the moment it became an expectation, it became a pointless courtesy being taken for granted. Take off that expectation, maybe a few will come back.
