She started becoming Catholic. Then she noticed something she apparently wasn’t prepared for: Everything is Catholic. Mardi Gras. Valentine’s Day. Christmas. St. Patrick’s Day. The Big Bang. Halloween. Hospitals. Her reactions get progressively better. 😂 Watch this.

The Calendar is Catholic. It is quite literally named after the Pope who called for it's design.

😂 We’re going to need a longer list.

I added one big item to the items already mentioned. 😆

I love seeing the lights come back on for young people. God bless her.

Amen. Pray for her journey home. 🙏

Relevant book recommendation.

Fr. Georges LeMaitre! (He himself did not technically call it a "bang", but proposed a specific moment when space, time, and matter came into existence. "A day without a yesterday":) Love that she went there:) Fascinating priest & scientist!

You forgot Universities.

Everything IS Catholic ☺️

So you’re saying there is still hope for our future.

Always. Christ isn’t finished with us yet. 🙏

@IDontCareBear We are in the last days of the world. World War III is about to begin in the Middle East and Europe.

@littleonefaith Sir, please… We were having a moment.

Carnival in Brazil is also set up as a final party before Lent!

Breakfast is catholic

…not to mention (per Grok): Gesture and protection phrases •Cross my heart (and hope to die) — Making the sign of the cross over the heart as a solemn promise or claim of truth. •Fingers crossed / keep your fingers crossed — A discreet stand-in for the sign of the cross, originally to invoke protection or luck. •Bless you — Said after a sneeze; an old wish that God would protect the sneezer from illness (or from the soul supposedly leaving the body). •Godspeed — A shortened blessing: “God speed you” (may God grant you success and safe travel). •Goodbye — Contraction of “God be with ye.” Euphemisms and exclamations that once invoked God or saints •For heaven’s sake / for God’s sake / for Christ’s sake •Thank God / thank goodness •Heaven help us / Lord have mercy •Gospel truth — Something as reliable as Scripture. •Amen to that Church-life and moral-culture phrases •Poor as a church mouse — Churches were (and often still are) spare places with little food or comfort. •Preach to the choir — Address people who already agree with you. •Holier than thou — From Isaiah; now used for self-righteousness. •Salt of the earth — From the Sermon on the Mount; a thoroughly decent, unpretentious person. Devil and temptation language that entered ordinary speech •Speak of the devil (and he appears) •The devil is in the details •Give the devil his due •Idle hands are the devil’s workshop Many of these started as actual prayers, signs of the cross, or church sayings and later became secular habits. “Cross your fingers” and “cross my heart” are the closest cousins: both began as miniature versions of a Christian protective gesture.

Welcome home.

Pray for her. She’s still on the journey. 🙏

And so it shall return

But big bang is heretical, no?

😂 Nope. Plot twist: the Big Bang theory was proposed by a Catholic priest.

First time I've ever enjoyed bird hands

“In all by which we Europeans differ from the rest of mankind there is nothing which was not originally peculiar to the Roman Empire, or is not demonstrably derived from something peculiar to it. In material objects the whole of our wheeled traffic, our building materials, brick, glass, mortar, cut-stone, our cooking, our staple food and drink; in forms, the arch, the column, the bridge, the tower, the well, the road, the canal; in expression, the alphabet, the very words of most of our numerous dialects and polite languages, the order of still more, the logical sequence of our thought—all spring from that one source. So with implements: the saw, the hammer, the plane, the chisel, the file, the spade, the plough, the rake, the sickle, the ladder; all these we have from that same origin. Of our institutions it is the same story. The divisions and the sub-divisions of Europe, the parish, the county, the province, the fixed national traditions with their boundaries, the emplacement of the great European cities, the routes of communication between them, the universities, the Parliaments, the Courts of Law, and their jurisprudence, all these derive entirely from the old Roman Empire, our well-spring. It may here be objected that to connect so closely the worldly foundations of our civilization with the Catholic or universal religion of it, is to limit the latter and to make of it a merely human thing. The accusation would be historically valueless in any case, for in history we are not concerned with the claims of the supernatural, but with a sequence of proved events in the natural order. But if we leave the province of history and consider that of theology, the argument is equally baseless. Every manifestation of divine influence among men must have its human circumstance of place and time." - Europe and the Faith by Hilaire Belloc

If you are descended from European/British/Scots/Irish, all your ancestors were, that's right, (((CATHOLIC)))...Catholicism IS western Christendom. Zionist operatives work 24/7 to erase Jesus Christ, true God/true Man and replace Him with "man" and "moral relativity."

And Universities

The Rockefellers kind of ruined hospitals tho

La Santa Madre Iglesia reconforta al moribundo, cuida de la viuda y protege al huérfano!

Lightbulb Moment❗️😃✝️👽

Holiday, pattering of feet, holiday, hocus pocus, you catch more flies with vinegar. Your daily vocabulary is full of catholic ecclesiastical language and idioms.

Every single one is not biblical but manmade. Here's an unpopular concept, how about those that claim to love God and His son Yeshua (Jesus) stop circumventing His authority and actually honor HIS Holy days, His moedim that He made HOLY. Remember, only He can make something Holy and there is no man, not even the Pope, who can make something Holy. This should be common sense and nondebateable but sadly it is not. Go ahead argue the point but remember, you're not arguing with me - you are arguing with the God of Israel so take it up with Him.

I've never heard of an atheist hospital.

That and much more.

Celebrating life baby!!

I’m hesitant to give us Catholics too much credit for Mardi Gras.. but we ain’t turning down excuses to drink

@HakenW00 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Mostly true. Now very Catholicism often tries to integrate to local culture to overwrite tradition, t which isn't a bad thing if it's Truth. There are preexisting pegan rituals in Halloween, even the Christmas tree, etc. Thst was adopted but the modern expression was mostly formed as Catholic if consumerism didn't paint over it entirely already. Pegan - > Catholic - > Consumerism 😬😖

Accredited universities as we know it also started with catholic monks

Big bang Halloween 🤣🤣🤣🤣 pas du tout

It do be like that. I dove headfirst into the occult and all I found was God. Then I came back to Catholicism.

All Hallows Eve is not satanic. It is the Eve of All Saint's Day. Unless you think that is Satanic then you do you. It just morphed into something possibly Satanic I guess.
