This driver not only failed to stop at the stop sign, but was never issued a drivers license and heavily intoxicated (over twice the limit). The driver’s own brother, who had a few too many, tried to explain his sister’s actions, but fell short. The driver was arrested for DUI and now has some legal hurdles to jump through. Fortunately, she didn’t hurt or kill someone else, her brother or herself. 12,000 people are killed annually in alcohol related crashes, get an Uber or Lyft and live to see another day.
