(Asians/White) Here’s the reality: being Black never automatically guaranteed us a seat at the table. We still had to be qualified, skilled, talented, educated, and exceptional just to get HALF the opportunity. Some of y’all made race the topic of discussion instead of realizing competition still exists regardless. 🤷🏾‍♀️
