The one who made it obviously has no clue about anatomy (age like that and your spine will fk up, hurt or even get you disabled. even a straight spine can have many issues as you age, if its crooked you're in for a horrible time)

This is painful to watch... I remember a time when I didn't sleep well and had a horrible neck ache—I couldn't straighten my neck, and I was just like the girl in this video for about two days, more or less, until I recovered.

She invented a contraption to fix her neck by herself despite her disability.
