When he said ppl makes mistakes, I was like yes, customers don't understand this. If it's something big where your order was really messed uo or service was really bad, you can go off. Now if it's the slightest inconvenience you don't need to berate the workers

If there’s one good thing that came out of the panini, it’s the fact that service workers took that “customer is always right” rule, tossed it out and slammed the window shut. & the Karens/Chads are forever unhappy because of it.

That tone changed quick

Too many grown people just throwing hissy fits at folks who are doing their job. I have NEVER gotten mad at anyone helping me. No matter how bad a mood I was in. Even if my order was wrong, I never got mad. Not even an attitude.

I hope he threw her money on the floor so she had to pick it up from there. Good for him. Sounds like she’s one of those that treats people in customer service jobs like servants they can abuse with impunity. Things are crappy because people choose to make them that way.

I think everyone should have to work in food service for at least a couple weeks before they can go out in the world and human. We wouldn’t have this problem. I never did fast food or pizza, but I was a waitress through college. The worst? Bob Evans after church on Sundays.

We own a cafe. Food brings out worst in ppl. My husband has been thru this so many times cause they think they can, they see a brown man & think it’s ok/entitled but when my husband fights back they see a side they wished never woke up!

Love how she says don't talk to me like that when she's being how she is. She is disrespectful.
