As a greek i approve of this fusion 😂maybe use nutmeg instead of the allspice. Id add cumin to the yoghurt and maybe sumac too, and u do not need the ice water the beef has juice! Add even more roasted garlic to the yoghurt , and it becomes creamier garlic sauce that pairs well
