Thankful that he clarified that it’s the RICO Act that allows the lawsuit to go ahead, not that Shein is being hit with a RICO *charge*. Shein is not being criminally charged, this is a class action (civil) lawsuit.

Smfh. I knew it was over for Shein when they got too popular. There will never be an ethical way to make that many clothes in one sitting, and they don’t even do knock offs, they straight up copy designs.😭😭
