She is very good. I think a lot of people would like her as PM but see no realistic scenario that, were that to happen, wets would not continue to make up half the party and combined with the efforts of civil service prevent anything really changing. I'm not sure that's wrong.

Yes, you'd hope that would be enough to stop them, but I think Brexit revealed that they are basically shameless. She's not going to remove the whip from half the party and she stands little chance of having a large enough majority to face down significant rebellion.
