Note that any sense of moral agency is absent from her mental model of crime under 'restorative justice' theory. It's not that some people just choose to do the wrong thing due to bad character, no. They must be mentally ill and not educated enough, so they need treatment and education. Only a privileged white girl who's lived a life of utter safety at a remove from real crime and criminals can think this way. Most galling? She obviously believes that she's quite intelligent and morally superior to the rest of us.

Just once an interviewer needs to instead of using a random situation, use who they are talking to in the situation. “If you were at a party and drunk and a guy wasn’t, and he grapes you, what do you want to happen to him?” Find out then how they really think.

They already do this for plenty of things for first time offenders (domestic violence, DUI, etc). They typically do not take it seriously and reoffend. So many people are like this, until it happens to them.
