Brilliant! I've been saying this for ages. When I read the website on foreign travel advice, I am told that the FCDO advises against travel to Afghanistan, Eritrea, Lebanon, Pakistan, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Turkey, the list goes on. There are also links on the pages of all of those countries, to a page called Advise For Women Travelling Abroad. On that page, there are sections and links for Rape and Sexual Assault while in those countries, for Drug-assisted Rape or 'Date Rape', Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Forced Marriage Abroad, Child Abduction, as well as a comprehensive list of resources. There is also a separate page for advice to LGBT+, so the Government know there is a specific threat to those people as well. The message is very clear, "Here is a list of countries that are VERY unsafe to go to, here it a list of what you might expect to happen to you while there, and here are all the organisation to help you if the first two lists didn't scare you enough. Really, the number of people traveling to that country must be very low after reading all of those warnings. The Government is clearly looking out for you here. Then why the hell is that same Government letting in people from those same countries that it's warning us about. Not only letting them in, but letting them in unvetted, knowing that at least some of them have murdered and raped on the boats on the way over in the last 24 hours? Safeguarding box ticked on their website, but not in practice. Murder and rape averted in words, but not in reality. Danger warned of abroad, but welcomed into the UK with open arms. Labour hates Britain. Especially its women and children.

Because it is horrendously bad and would raise questions they have no answers to. The politicians should be afraid of the decisions they have made.

No country on earth should be accepting these military fighting age men.

The Government knows exactly what they are doing. They are doing exactly as they’re instructed to do by those that sit in the shadows. If the government feels they have the right to block the release of immigration conviction statistics broken down by nationality and specific offence type, then they can have no objection to demands for blocking ALL immigration until such time as those figures are released.

It is a shame that the people who asked these questions. A decade ago were silenced by the rich and powerful.

People debate the stats, but look at the physical reality of the justice system. Prisons in England and Wales are sitting at 97%+ capacity. Whether it's processing or policing, the system has completely run out of room. The government tried emergency early releases to clear space, but official math shows recalls are outnumbering releases. The physical pipeline is completely broken.
