Allowing the IRGC to remain in power poses a direct security threat to Europe. The EU would never accept an ISIS embassy in its capitals, so why tolerate diplomatic representation from a regime whose actions are comparable in brutality and ideology? What possible benefit justifies maintaining relations with a government that has carried out mass killings and continues to repress its own people?
