The best bit is apparently they have connected since this video appeal ❤️

this is what we need more of in the world😭

Haha for real. I was right to the comments and google to find out after the video lol

Angels don't always wear wings.

except for me , you just can’t see them in this dimension😭

Leave it to Black women to be the most empathetic and caring people around ❤️

That is awesome that a small act of kindness helped this woman get to say goodbye to her grandfather.

most of us have this mentality , & i hope the few bad ones in the bunch of the human race will eventually adapt😭

Angels reveal themselves when you truly see them, really see them. Thank God you were able to make it there because the angel made it possible. He saw your face and you'll forever have that beautiful memory of that moment that will remain with you for a lifetime, 🙏

Black women and their depths of their empathy should honestly be studied…this was beautiful. 🥹🥹.

I’ve been to that airport. It is a waaaalk to get around it. Thank goodness for her stepping up like that.

@MJFan33607 Incredible! MORE of this stuf! Black people are like always doing this! Attuned with such wisdom, humanity, & empathy! It is their nature and I have experienced it many, many times with friends, extended family, and strangers! I am very thankful 🥹 to Black excellence ❤️

Its funny that the background video isnt of the actual event but used as a reference. Im guessing the girl irl was black so she was like good enough. Lol Im glad she got to see her Grampa!!! 💓

A United layover in Denver or Houston will have you runnin like a mf. shit crazy

Black people,are so goated

A great person doing a great deed for another person. This is what humanity looks like.

If she was in 31 B and you were in 31 A, why is this video taken from 4 rows behind her?

i think the direction your profile picture is pointing could give you a clue on the video😭

hit the follow button while you’re here + share😭💚

May your grandfather‘s memories, be a blessing God bless you and your family and that wonderful angel who helped you

I am not supprised she was sister and God bless her, but if the situation was reversed I doubt anyone would sympathize with her being black woman and all.

This besides the point of this great video, but why are there so many dense ppl in the comments??? Asking “If they were next to each other, why was the video taken couple seats away” Like bitch you stupid ass hoe

Awesome. God bless you both. So sorry for your loss. Condolences to you and your family 🙏🏽

It sounds a bit crazy when you are doing it for someone who can’t speak for themselves bcs of wtv they are going through but it’s always right and that’s how it should be done… Empath with a loud noise can change the world 😉

🥹 Angels🪽are always among us. Bless both these Ladies. ♥️🙏

@grok did she ever connect with the other woman she's talking about?

@beyoncegarden Yes, Hailey (from seat 31A) connected with the woman in 31B, a hospice nurse named Katie, after the video went viral. They reunited, and Hailey expressed her gratitude.

@marbythegreat @beyoncegarden @grok how was this video taken if they sat next to each other

The video is a post-flight TikTok made by Hailey alone, recounting the story as a message to the stranger in 31B. It's not footage of their actual interaction on the plane—it's her speaking to the camera with text overlays, filmed after the event to express thanks and hope it reaches the woman. That's how it went viral and led to their reunion.

@marbythegreat @beyoncegarden so who is the black girl in the video ? @grok

The black woman in the video appears in the stock background footage used for reference to illustrate the plane setting—it's not the actual event. The story is about Hailey Sandman (the speaker in 31A) thanking Katie, the hospice nurse in 31B, who helped her. They later reunited in real life.

@marbythegreat @beyoncegarden @grok do you think that black girl would like having her face in this video as if she were the one being talked about ?

@marbythegreat @beyoncegarden It's tough to say for sure without knowing her personally—stock footage models often sign off on broad usage, but context matters. If it misleads viewers into thinking she's the real person in the story, she might not appreciate it. What do you think?

Whoa Lawd....there goes these allergies again. SMH.

Her father who sees in secret will repay her...

When my father was dying, I had a similar thing happen when my incoming flight was going to be a tight run to my outgoing flight. The attendant let me move up to an empty seat at the front so I could get off first. I made my connection just in time and I am forever grateful. <3

This type of Kindness 🫶🏽 is beautiful to see.

I like to smile or chat to people I encounter especially seniors. You never know what someone is going through & perhaps they needed to hear a hello or have a nice day. Especially seniors who may be all alone w/o family.

Rip my heart out 😭😭😭😭

It’s always US making a way for everybody else. We are special. I just hope we apply that to “self” more often ✌🏾

Soo sweet of her to do that. Sweet of you to point her out, for helping you out!!❤️❤️❤️

be thankful by making sweeping positive comment about black people cause we sick of this one off BS.

That WE continue to show grace is the most f’g proof ever that there is indeed a higher power of kindness

I really don’t think ppl realize just how essential a black woman is like frfr.

We see so many videos of people on planes behaving like self-centered jerks, so it's a blessing to see this, where someone stands up and makes sure that her seatmate can make a flight that made a difference in two lives. Bless you ma'am, whoever you are.
