She's aggressively cute.

Found a cat :(

She's very sweet. Gonna have to make a vet appointment to get her checked out and hopefully find someone to take her or convince my boy cats they need a new sister.

I'm already very attached partially since she looks like a small girl version of Zuko.

Managed to get a vet appointment for her to get checked out tomorrow afternoon. Want to get her tested and find out if she's been spayed yet especially. She's doing really well in our spare room so far. Boy cats are still grumpy on the other side of the door.

Talkative girl. Her little hello meow omg. Really hoping the vet will say she's healthy tomorrow and just needs minor stuff. Probably will put up a gofundme after the visit and I know more about the scope of veterinary care she needs. Heartwarming to see all the love for her.

She did super well at the vet and we found out she's definitely not spayed yet so we will be scheduling that soon, and we have to wait until tomorrow to hear back about the test results. I went ahead and launched a gofundme for everyone who wants to help.

She's healthy! The vet just called and the test results all came back good and she's negative for both FeLV and FIV!!! I can go very slowly to introduce her to my boy cats without worrying about infection. We are keeping her! She did find us, everyone was right.

Side note this is Zuko being grumpy about her being on the other side of a door. He's very spoiled and is used to being THE baby.

Ginger has gotten comfortable enough to start playing. You can tell she was a very fierce little hunter when she had to be, but also quite goofy.

Ginger definitely loves to play.

Door screen moved to the side just to take a picture during mutual treat time. Zuko is much bigger than her, but it's hard to tell exactly how much bigger at this perspective. Ginger isn't aggressive at all seeing him, but Zuko still needs more time. Getting better though.

Update on Ginger. She had her spay today and that all went well but now we have the challenge of getting her to not jump too much and not lick her incision, which I already tried and failed to use a cone on her since it was far too scary for her.

Tiny Ginger update: she sleeps on my legs now and is feeling a lot better after the spay. Still working on convincing Zuko to be nice through the gate, but he's getting better.

Turns out Ginger removed her own external stitches at some point before she got to the vet to have them taken out, but they said it all looks good. Here's Zuko being his absolute calmest he can before getting overwhelmed with her. Can't wait to get a better sense of the sizes.

Really hard to get them all in frame since they don't wanna be too close yet. Weird perspective, I swear Mew isn't bigger than Zuko in reality. Mew, Ginger, and Zuko left to right.

She looks more proportionate next to Mew since he isn't nearly as lanky as Zuko.
