Walter Cronkite would have said it, Edward R Murrow would’ve said it, pretty sure Dan Rather is still saying it

Bernie and others like him have romanticized white working class people. I grew up working class. Some folks I grew up around were horribly racist. One of my grandfathers was openly racist. The rest of the family used to fight with him about it.
