"Minnesota has decided to act like the government of the UK!" Throwing the first amendment out and throwing out due process!"

Everyone is calling out the judge and rightfully so but what about the jury? Shiloh had no peers on it

The accuser was allowed to flee the country. She never got to face her own accuser in the court while the judge & DA thought that was a-ok.

ALL of our constitutional rights have been stolen from us, and sold back at a price, as a “privilege!”

I think it's a violation of civil rights to public accommodations in the public parks. It's state action 1st Am and 14th Ams so it might be novel application of 1st Am to MN State or local laws

Almost as if "the law" is nothing more than a political weapon and the courts should be treated as what they are; just an extension of the @DNC and thus should be ignored

Maybe not exactly. She was convicted of being white. A black would never have been so charged.

“Fighting words”?…….. That’s fucking absurd. For one thing, there was no fight. Second- Who determines these “fighting words”? Third- If “fighting words” are a thing, then why doesn’t the public have an itemized list of these magic words?….. This is the dumbest thing ever.

She charged for “disorderly conduct because Somalian rapist felt offended “ in that case anyone can feel offended for anything and should go to jail or we have a freedom of speech ??? Death penalty for the judge. We need to destroy judges who want to destroy our constitution!!!
