👤: What have you learned from each other? 🐒: For me, I’ve picked up on how quiet she is when she works. I mean, that’s just her natural vibe, she’s not even trying to be quiet, it's just who she is. So, I’ve actually changed because of it. It’s not that I’ve become grumpy or less friendly, it’s just that I’m learning to hold back my words and really focus on what’s right in front of me. I used to have this habit of feeling like I had to entertain the crew and keep everyone hyped up, which just left me completely drained by the end of the day. We can still chat and mess around while getting our makeup done or during breaks, but once we’re actually on set, I don’t really need to talk with anyone. It really helps save my battery, keeps me grounded, and lets me focus on the job. 🦙: For me, I've learned how to loosen up and relax more while working. Before this, I used to feel like, 'Okay, I'm here to work now, so everything has to be serious and I have to get things done strictly in order: “one, two, three, four”’. But Jayna is so playful and loves to chat. She’ll talk to absolutely everyone, and it makes the whole atmosphere on set so much better. Once I tried opening up and chatting more, I realized that coming to work each day feels a lot happier. It doesn't feel as stressful as just 'showing up to do a job.' Now, we can joke around on set and with each other, and chat with the makeup and hair stylists. 🐒: so basically, 🦙: we swapped! 🐒: exactly. #Loverrukk shared her day off plans for this weekend 🍵🥗💪🏻💤 💖: I woke up this morning feeling really happy. I made some matcha, went to Pilates, then came back and had somtam (papaya salad). After that i sat for a bit to digest… then took a nap. I slept in the afternoon, woke up and practiced playing mlbb game for a while. After that i had dinner, sat around to digest again 😹 then took another nap in the evening. And now i’m not sleepy anymore… i wonder what time i’ll end up going to sleep. 💖: For tomorrow, i’m planning to wake up late, but i’ll probably wake up about half an hour before my alarm like usual. For example, if i set it for 9, I’ll wake up at 8:30 on my own. It just happens. Tmr is my day off too. i’ll wake up, make matcha, and order some bread, ham, rocket salad, Greek yogurt, and jam to make breakfast. I’ll also add some protein with scrambled eggs, 2 eggs with chili oil. That’ll be my breakfast. I’m happy~😸

Adam explains that AppLovin reaches over a billion users who play games every single day around the world, with more than 150 million adults in the US alone. The power user isn't who you'd expect: "That's not the same 21 year old who's on Instagram for six hours a day. The power user who's playing casual games, Candy Crush for 2-3 hours a day, as an example, is more of like a middle-aged person who has more time and is just getting relaxation here." These users are willing to sit through long ads. Adam notes that the average ad on the platform runs over 35 seconds — "like a television commercial on the mobile device." For years, that attention was only used to push more games. Adam describes the old loop bluntly: "We used to take a user and say game, game, game, game, game. If you weren't in the business of switching games, that's a pretty bad ad format to show you." The expansion into e-commerce changed that, and Adam frames it as the first step toward a much bigger thesis — that as the targeting models get better, ads stop feeling like interruptions and start feeling like discovery. He explains: "The diversity will go up, the technology is already capable to do it, and then the value to the end consumer will go up. And that whole thing I said earlier of the ad becomes more like content." Then comes the punchline that defines the vision: "The hope we have is that we can get the local laundromat discovered by someone playing a game because we serve a really good ad to someone who needs their clothes washed. If that happens and we get to that level of scale, this business is going to be much, much bigger than it is today." Adam is clear about who he wants to serve first. AppLovin has no sales force, so large enterprises will eventually come to the platform on their own. The real opportunity, in his mind, is the small and medium businesses that nobody else helps: "We want to help those small to medium sized businesses. What made us really successful in gaming was going to the companies that really didn't have much support at most of the other businesses and going, what's your 10 people? Let's work together. Let us grow your business." The end state is a single targeting engine pointed at a billion adults, capable of matching them to the right local shop, the right Shopify store, the right product — not the right game. LEETEUK TALKING ABOUT WHY HE CRIED SO HARD ─────── 🐤: During Onsaemiro, for the first two days, we only looked straight ahead. During Super Junior’s 20th anniversary performance, we looked at each other while singing, and I had to hold back my tears. So this time, I told myself, “No, I can’t look at him. But today, the staff specifically asked us to look at each other. During the final part of the song, I looked at Heechul. I could tell he was feeling it too, and he looked so happy. I found myself thinking, “You’ve worked so hard too.” Then I saw his eyes filling with tears. When I saw that, I thought I would be able to hold myself together… but suddenly my tears just burst out, and my mind went completely blank. Even so, I kept singing until the song ended. After that, while we were getting ready backstage, I kept telling myself, “Don’t look, don’t look.” But then the VCR started playing, and we went back on stage. At first, I thought, “The members are going to tease me.” But then I realized I shouldn’t be thinking about that at all. I started remembering everything we had been through together, all the memories we shared, and all the time we spent preparing our albums. Those emotions kept building up, layer by layer. After everything we’ve been through, I don’t cry very easily anymore… but in the end, the tears still came pouring out. During the second verse, I could also feel that Heechul was emotional. Even though he said he wasn’t, I could feel it while we were singing the harmony together. So by the time we reached the third verse… I completely broke down. Anyway, I’m sorry. I really didn’t want to cry, but the tears suddenly started pouring out like a faucet had been turned on.
