This is the brand-new Android version of X that was force-updated on my phone just 5 minutes ago. The new UI and animations are now officially rolling out. So far, I think it looks pretty good. The overall experience feels more lively and modern. Also, there's no way to switch back to the old version anymore, which means this is the final public release rather than a test build. It’s amazing to me how all the people on TikTok freaking out about my suggestion to put transgenders in mental asylums and study them are all sooooo hideous. Why do they all look like this? You have to study transgender because they are walking medical experiments. No one has ever known the long-term side effects of pumping synthetic hormones into people and allowing them to freely roam the streets. Any other medical procedure has clinical trials the transgender are walking clinical trials. People are being killed because of them & they need to be studied before being released into the public. This is in line with all science.

You create the best team of 4 operators you can with a draft of operators, armor, weapons, and gadgets. 2. You submit your lineup and how your team positions itself on the map. This is hashed onchain. 3. You and your opponent reveal your hash, and the battle begins! 4. The battle is ran through our onchain battle engine, and then fed through to Unity to render your battle. 5. Check out a preview of a battle below! We will use September and October to add new features like account abstraction (huge for onchain games), Loot Boxes, NFT cosmetic integration, as well as balance and optimize the game. Fasting is NOT Superior for Autophagy Autophagy has become the biggest buzzword in nutrition in the last 5 years & whenever I do videos or posts on intermittent fasting & why it is a useful tool for fat loss, but NOT superior to other calorie equated diets, people invariably say that ‘tHeSe StUdIeS dOn’T aCcOuNt FoR aUtoPhAgY!’ When I cite studies showing that normal calorie restriction gets the same benefits as calorie equated fasting diets, people often say that fasting gets you the benefits WITHOUT calorie restriction. Well, a very highly controlled study showed that this is NOT the case Well this study did (PMID: 34135111). They had people follow one of 3 diets: 1) Alternate day fasting without calorie restriction where they ate 200% of their maintenance calories on feeding days, & 0% the next day (200:0) & continued to alternate them throughout the course of the study 2) Alternate day fasting with 25% calorie restriction where they ate 150% of their maintenance calories on feeding days & 0% the next day (150:0) & continued to alternate those throughout the course of the study or 3) Continuous calorie restriction where they had people eat 75% of their maintenance calories every day for the duration of the study (75:75) Both the 150:0 & 75:75 diets reduced body weight to the same extent, but the 75:75 group lost slightly more fat mass & retained slightly more lean mass than the 150:0 fasting group. Both restricted groups lost more body fat & weight than the 200:0 group which did not lose weight or fat. Markers of autophagy were also equivalent between the 150:0 & 75:75 groups as well as other adipose tissue genes, gut hormones, and markers of cardiometabolic health This study demonstrates that it is the caloric restriction that drives these improvements in health & the changes in autophagy, NOT because fasting has some magical effect on autophagy that exists outside of the caloric restriction it imposes I am NOT saying fasting is bad. I’m not saying it’s not a useful tool or that you can’t lose fat with it. You can & it can be a great tool for many people… it’s just not magic like many proponents of fasting try to make it out to be Tired of the diet wars & not knowing how to make sense of all the contradictory information out there? Comment ‘FRAMEWORK’ and I’ll send you my simplified guide on how to lose fat & build muscle for FREE

Do you think this is the most Fortnite has ever been broken? No SBMM. Ranked cosmetics still completely broken and everyone's rank getting reset. Bugs nonstop. Lag, ping issues etc. Do you find it hard to get excited about new skins and collaborations when the game is almost in an unplayable state? Are you playing less and buying less skins and cosmetics because of the state of the game? If you know me you know I always try to stay positive but I can't stay quiet any longer. I am saying all of this out of both love and frustration. I want Fortnite to thrive and be the best game it can be. We're not there right now and it breaks my heart. If this means pushing back collaborations, LTM's, the new season then so be it. We just want the game to be functional again.

During DLSS 5 Hands-On Video, YouTube creator Hot Hardware asked Nvidia employees this question about the computational cost of DLSS 5 when you move around in the game and it really caught my eye on how they hesitated on showing any DLSS 5 footage during motion. Every time that he moved the character, he would turn off DLSS 5 first then move to a different in-game location and then turn it on, or if DLSS 5 was turned on the movement was very slow and controlled. I know this is still work in progress, but it really begs the question "why wouldn't they show any this?" or "why show DLSS 5 this early?" I tried freezing some shots when another character is in motion to check if there are any artifacts when DLSS 5 is turned on. As suspected, I did come across some artifacts with UI elements, character popping out of the UI element and ghosting/artifacts behind the character. Its still not the best way to judge these small details that you can clearly see if a footage is recorded in-game, but then again its not like Nvidia provided any of them during DLSS 5 marketing campaign. Whenever this is still going to be present by the time DLSS 5 launches remains to be seen, however as of right now it doesn't look like it will handle fast-paced motion quite well and I don't know how well this "controlled AI-generated" rendering will scale to weaker GPUs in the RTX 50 series
