One day you sang “So long, farewell, to you my friends, goodbye for now, until we meet again” for the last time and had no idea. Out of the Box ran on Playhouse Disney from 1998 to 2004. Two hosts named Tony and Vivian ran a clubhouse built entirely out of cardboard boxes, where neighbourhood kids showed up every episode to make crafts, sing songs, and put on little plays. The whole set was painted cardboard and recycled materials. 82 episodes across three seasons. And every single one ended the same way, with Tony and Vivian singing a goodbye song called “Until We Meet Again.” If you watched, you knew every word. You sang it back at the TV without thinking about it. Then one afternoon in the early 2000s, the episode ended, the song played, and you got up and went on with your day. You didn’t know that was the last time you’d ever watch it. Nobody told you. You just grew up.

Why is it such a nightmare trying to find a hair stylist as a Black woman? I have my sew-in and my braider that I'm happy with, but trying to find someone who styles and cuts natural hair has restarted the nightmarish cycle of trying to find, book, and actually make it to the chair of someone new. The prices are going up (which is fine I'm not hating on what you can charge), but the experience from A-Z has plummeted when looking for someone new. All I ask is, can we get the experience to match the price or the price to match the experience? If you do that, great...if you don't, please do better. PS- Shout out to the good stylists out there...we gotta walk through fire to get to you, but we appreciate you when we find you. #blackhaircare #blackhair #blackstylist

🖨️ Little progress: I generated a dot matrix printer with GPT Image 2 and then some Photopea'ing to make the paper go through And I got COM1 to work for dial up internet to (my ISP) while COM2 still works for the printer (that was a challenge) Which means I can now print anything from the internet, like Hacker News! Some todo fixes: - page should scroll out not already be there - we need some perspective so the paper slowly goes into distance - integrate it into pieter .com page fully - add a local print command so you can actually IRL print your printed dot matrix print You can try it the current WIP here:

Back in 2022 I had my first News interview. My child, my mom were also interviewed and we were under the impression this was about how I’ve been treated so poorly by our State Government (Michigan) and Healthcare system. This interview ended up being HEAVILY EDITED and turned into a sweetheart piece. My trainer, gym owner, myself and family were VERY UPSET that all this important info was edited out. The interview started out with “So Brandy you were addicted to Fentanyl?” I know the look on my face was SHOCKED and I said “NO that’s not anything I said to you when we talked the first time, of course fentanyl was used to put me asleep and keep me alive during ALL my spinal fusions, but I didn’t use FENTANYL after the surgery” All that was edited out. It was this moment we all realized how MSM used me and was hoping I played along with the whole narrative “Opioids BAD, I’m an addict and now I’m better” This reality check was what fueled me to start calling out OPIOID PROPAGANDA.

With no help from anybody, no government help or anything. If we'd have been kept in the EU we'd have been a lot better off. But a lot of the fishing was conned in my opinion, by the govt saying vote for us and you'll do better with us and they've done worse, they've got nothing now.”

Unfortunately, the beginning of the keynote is a little messed up. My slides weren't formatted correctly and there are tons of shots of the faces of the crowd which I do not support. I've done my best to blur the crowd in these edited clips. I believe the conference is working on a version of its own that addresses these issues. The most important piece that got cut from the intro of my keynote was my tribute to We are all Gigi. I consider Gigi a genius. This presentation is an extension of his work. September is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, and I’m asking our community of travelers to help me spread the word: the earlier prostate cancer is found, the better your chances are of beating it. I didn’t get screened until I was 69 years old, and when I did, I discovered my prostate was riddled with cancer. Thankfully, it didn’t spread... my surgery went great... and my doctor says I’m now cancer-free. But you can bet I’ll be keeping an eye on my prostate-specific antigen score (PSA) — which you can find out for yourself with a simple blood test. I like to think that we’ve all got some of our best travels ahead of us. So please, don’t wait: Visit to learn more from the American Cancer Society Society and find a screening location near you.

I went MEGA viral on X in 24 hours After I made TikTok for video games Yes, I invented a new form of brainrot People are calling it Gamerot 💀 And now I have: → 2 serious investors in my DMs → 260+ comments of suggestions People say app looks pretty addicting.. and Better alternative for ur brain than just doomscrolling. The top suggestions i got were: → Add more games → Make the games more complex So I got to work on this.. Today my goal was to test just how complex we can make these games. Before we go and mass produce 100s of them. Which will be interesting to see Considering all games are made 100% with AI using the Rork Turns out. We can go very complex. With 1 single prompt Rork made a top down shooter game With power-ups and solid gameplay loop. I can easily expand on this idea and add upgrades, items and so on. But to add 100s of more games I’m gonna need some help ↓ Drop some banger game suggestions/ideas in the comments and I’ll add them in the next update. I’ll tag you if I choose your idea!
