Being a scientist is still the best job in the world. The constant frustrations, all the crap that goes with trying to keep the lab alive and move things forward - it all resets and washes away in those occasional moments when we catch a glimpse of nature revealing something remarkable and not seen before. This has been a good week - I saw a few completely amazing, wild new things; it will be a total slog to get them polished and out, but it doesn't matter because they've been seen and a new piece of the roadmap is revealed. Just feeling immensely grateful for the opportunity, and mentally sending a message back in time to childhood me (and anyone else who dreams of this now).

What a launch this is going to be - in all my days on this show (2008 episodes apparently) I’ve never known such much excitement, promotion and attention- this is just the beginning, the dawn of a new era. ⁦Big Brother UK⁩ sees it all.

The response to “End Of The World” has been SICKENING! Thank you for all the love you’ve been showing this record. My new album “Something Beautiful” means the world to me, it has been my world for a few years now. This process has been full of pure devotion and to now be sharing it with all of you is my deepest joy. This is just the beginning. Forever yours, Miley

This moment was captured the day my Alex Rose was born. And today, our movie has been the number one movie in the whole world for a whole beautiful month. Thank you for taking me on the journey of a lifetime, my dearest Alex. To every heart that has watched our film- Thank you. Thank you for seeing her. And for feeling seen in her. "Life is beautiful, and messy, and complicated. And sometimes it doesn't look the way you think it's supposed to look and that is okay. . . Keep going." To all of us who are still figuring life out, here's to putting our rose colored glasses on. And keep on going 🌹 I love you with every bit of my heart. Always, Your Sofia

Help find Chris.. He knows things!! Blake Neff is this the guy you've been trying to hide? Is this why you have been extraordinary suspicious about who was driving the SUVs from SLC to UVU. I think it's time to be very clear about who was in the SUVs travelling from SLC to UVU and the exact timeline.

This is the reality of living under Israeli occupation; any vehicle can be targeted around you at any time, regardless of where you are in the country. This isn’t a new phenomenon; it has been happening for almost two years at this point. Dual drones strikes on the highway close to Jiyyeh and Dammour.

Justin Trudeau swore in 12 new Ministers today and they've all come out to face the media, but Trudeau refuses to do so. OMG, who asked this question?! 😂😂 REPORTER: The government's fallen apart. He's left you alone in the cold. Where is he? MACKINNON: The Prime Minister is uh uh, has, of course, been working all week, working to fashion the government and continue to work on our priorities. The clip has been cut absolutely out of context. The guy, Ayush sapra went to support it. He has made the whole video with empathy. Even in this clip, he is not mocking. He's a supporter. He did the whole video with due respect. Made the message reach to 2 million people. The hate that came out of this non contextual clip was unnecessary. You people just try to make supporters as your enemy. Anyone can check the whole video on his channel. The guy covered it with enough sensitivity and compassion. #ayushsapra

Somebody has posted this on sub reddit of Noida and this is horrifying Stray dog menace at 16 floor. She has written this- This is the aftermath of a brutal attack by a stray dog on my brother and our pet dog. We live on the 16th floor and yet there is dog menace as some so-called "dog lovers" feed the strays without taking the responsibility of their shelter and behaviour towards others. The major bloodshed you see here is of our dog who himself was adopted by us from the streets 6 years ago. He got 4 stitches on his face and is currently in such a critical stage that I can’t even share the photo. The attack happened right outside our doorstep when my brother was taking him for an evening walk, it was extremely unforeseen and spontaneous. Our dog was also wearing a muzzle and did not indulge in any sort of provocation. This in fact is half the bloodshed compared to the one in the corridor of our building. Despite all this, no proper responsibility is being taken by the ones who feed the other dog. The thing is that dog menace in this country has really become concerning and proper action needs to be taken to resolve it. Stray dog menace is out of hand and no comments about dog lovers.

GM. Do you want to escape every day life and experience the paradise of Puerto Rico? Be close to the beach, mountains, jungle, and great food? Excited to officially announce what rae rae and I have been working on for MONTHS… your new tropical getaway Casita de Cruz! We paired this experience with its own NFT valid for a three day stay redemption. The problem we have seen with NFTs like this is that the consumer is purchasing on a whim and a prayer. Either the place isn’t ready, space isn’t acquired, or just plain will never happen. Casita de Cruz is ready to go! You can book your stay now, no waiting for a turn around. We designed this space for people who are wanting to disconnect & recharge. Nestled in nature, this is your time to retreat, tap into self, the earth, & resurface fully renewed. This has been a labor of love & we hope that you can feel every bit of our passion poured into this space. We will be launching this token later this month and will be doing AMA spaces plus some fun giveaways. RT and tag someone who you want to experience this with!

The left have completely lost their freaking minds. This whole new wave of burning Teslas in the streets and people going around vandalizing them is beyond all insanity. It’s just astounding that in 2025 this is even happening. Weren’t the leftists the ones who claimed to care so deeply about climate change and moving to electric cars? And aside from that, they’re literally like a bunch of deranged juvenile gangsters. This insane hatred of Elon Musk is so f***ed up. It doesn’t matter what he said or did, this is just crazy.

The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.

Iranian streets are filling up for the 4th day as freedom-loving people around the world celebrate a New Year. I’m asking you to take a few minutes today and pray for the people of Iran. If you see footage of them in the streets, do your best to confirm it and share it. People have a hard time believing things without seeing evidence. The current regime will do everything it can to prevent brave voices from being seen and heard. This is why it’s crucial for those of you who are willing — to share what you can, whenever you can.

This airline passenger filmed this guy sitting in front of them. The guy in front keeps slamming his chair back even though it is already reclined. Eventually the guy with the knees does push back but why does this even happen? What is that guy in front doing? Many said they think that airlines shouldn’t even have reclining seats unless you are in first class because there isn’t enough room. Others said they will ask the person behind them if it is okay to recline their seat. What would you do if someone was doing this in front of you? Has this ever happened to you? And, do you think it’s okay for people to just recline or should they warn the people behind them first? And do you agree and think they should get rid of reclining seats all together?

The Sabotaging Practice of Over Supply and Sameness in the NFT Space. The current zeitgeist of the NFT space is that the same artists are doing the same kind of work five times a year, with project after project leaving a trail of disappointment and discontent among collectors and all of us watching in disbelief as huge resources are extracted from the space over work that feels like it could be left as an "artist study." I understand that you can do what you want with your money as collectors, but we are killing the whole space with this incestuous practice. No artist is that prolific to be able to do 5 collections of 100+ pieces each every year and actually deliver innovation and some kind of creative evolution. Of course, they can pretend play that the work has something new, but there is no precedent nor proof that that has ever happened in the speed that it happens in the NFT space. Again, people are free to through away their resources on whatever they want but with this way of doing things, we more and more are going to start seeing the consequences. Oh! There are consequences? Yes. Maybe unintended, but there are. Let's see. Let's start with the loss of belief in the NFT space as somewhere where emerging artists can come and find support for their experiments. Why even bother to bring experiments, innovation, and new ways to think of art on the blockchain if the same people have all the collectors hypnotized with their magical flutes? Why even try to come to a space where taking risks and challenging the status quo (the mission of art!!!) is overlooked? This makes the NFT space a social club and not a space for art. I guess it is fine, but IMO it is a recipe for disaster. New collectors stay away because the art will slowly but surely become stale and un-challenging. Why even bother to come and see what is happening here if you can't, as a collector, see new weird and up-and-coming artists? The amount of noise emitted by the same artists doing the same art over and over, drowns out any new voices. Again. A recipe for disaster. The NFT space is becoming a space of disappointment and doubt. We think that collections going to zero one after the other, over and over, is not damaging? I feel we are kidding ourselves. Disappointment piles up, and again, the people who will hurt are the emerging artists, the new blood, the ones who are willing to risk the most and, in return, put fire in this cold space of sameness. I love this space—don't get me wrong—it has changed my life, and I believe it has a ton of potential, but things need to change for it to become a beacon of light in art. But we need to support new voices. We need to support new ideas. The challenge is huge. I hope to contribute all I can to this change. I hope more and more see how exciting it is to go out and try to discover what else is out there and move this space forward. But again, I understand the leaps of faith needed, but if there is a space that is based on that, it's the NFT space...so there is hope. We will see. 📺by Boldtron
