Well the God in the Bible also proclaims to be Satan, he literally sends deceiving spirits and does evil. I guess both Christians and Muslims worship Satan, but they try to poodle around the fact. I am a Christian, but you almost can never have a normal conversation with a fellow Christian about these concerns without the devil boiling out of them and them shunning you.
