WATCH: a moped driver goes the wrong way/against traffic to seemingly get away from a US Capitol police officer attempting a traffic stop (after a Metro bus pulled out in front of the cruiser) 🚨 The moped was able to escape and the USCP officer turned off his lights and did a U-turn.
