Disgusting cruelty right on a main road with no one stopping to help this poor gentle donkey. Why didn’t someone phone the guards when they passed by? Is it because animal cruelty is so common? There better be a full investigation and arrests made.

@MyLovelyHorseR A formal compliant was not received, however, local Gardaí were made aware of the footage posted online and promptly carried out enquiries. A full investigation will now take place.
