Epstein's donations and relationship with people at MIT were hidden from the public and everything was done in secret. It took an MIT whistleblower coming forward to expose what was going on. Hoffman implied that Elon is making up lies about him because he didn't invite Elon to a networking dinner with Epstein and Elon became jealous. Rambling nonsense.
