This is project of Kerala government not of Rahul Gandhi. Even before Rahul Gandhi was elected in 2019 the hospital was like this.

Though I am happy to see the infrastructure and it is better than private hospitals that I have seen in TN, healthcare is a state subject and hospitals are built by state governments. Building looks new as if it was built with in the last few years. So the credit should go where it is due to @pinarayivijayan. We are NOT BJPians who shamelessly take credit for someone else's work.
