Another custodial death in UP. 42 years old School Teacher Vinay Pandey died in the custody of Gorakhpur Police . Police arrested him in an alleged fake case of SC/ST Act and Molestation. It was alleged that Family of Pandey is having a land dispute with a Dalit family in the village and they lodged a false complain against him under SC/ST Act. Police arrested him immediately and he died in the Police Custody because of high handedness by the Police.

This is Vishnu Tiwari, a poor Brahmin He spent 20 years in a jail under a fake SC/ST atrocities act. SC/St act was introduced in parliament in1987 by Rajiv gandhi govt. SC/ST act was enacted by parliament into law by VP singh & BJP govt in 1989. In 2015, Modi govt amended this act and made it ultra draconian , it's framework is similar to that of communal violence bill that Sonia gandhi had planned for hindus. On 20th March 2018, considering the draconian nature of the act, the Supreme Court stopped immediate arrest under this act. But Modi govt overruled Supreme Court judgement through an ordinance and made it super draconian. Since then so many OBC and GC hindus have been sent to jail under this new act Most cases are False. Lives and Families being destroyed under hisab chukta policies.
