No one has mentioned how much money this is going to cost the government when everyone who gets refused starts taking the government to tribunal. This already happens and the government mostly loses, it’s costly and that bill is just going to rise!

I don't see why the genuinely disabled/ill/others has to be the ones responsible to close up this black hole, left by the Tories. They were the ones that took the decision to put us in this position, so they should tax the extremely wealthy by another 2% to resolve the issue
