Shocking ruling involving migrant sexual predator has huge implications for women of Ireland.

Absurd. Time and time again we see the perpetrators of crime let off, given the benefit of the doubt, actually helped by teams of Solicitors. And victims are punished. There is something deeply sick and warped in our society.

Until these judges who let them off with a slap on the wrist, the attorneys who defend them, the members of organizations who fight for them or the female members of their families are raped and abused by these men they will continue to get away with it. Until they experience first hand the violence and trauma of these attacks they won’t do the right thing. I’m not saying that’s what I want to happen but I’m also not saying I don’t. I feel no pity for people who deliberately choose to aid and abet these criminals while ignoring and even compounding the suffering of their victims. I pray karma visits them all and delivers the justice they deny the victims.

The WRC is a joke Employers have no chance of a fair hearing in the WRC It’s similar to irelands claim culture staff will ALWAYS get some kind of award when they bring a case to the WRC Even with no evidence one persons word against another’s and the WRC can make awards in amounts that can financially cripple a business They should be investigated and closed down

The poor woman who was attacked by this animal was failed by both the judiciary and by the WRC. Strangely in both cases the official presiding over the case was a woman. You'd imagine they would have more empathy for the other woman, the victim, and see she got justice. Not so.

All the NGOs who previously stood up for women are lock step in support of immigrants.
