Barkhu Thakur harassed, blackmailed, and threatened her with the release of her private videos. Police and her family confirmed the recovery of a note and digital evidence from her phone.

She should have exposed that person so he won't do it to any other girl again.

This is all happening because women are taught from a very young age that their life depends on their body. And, men take this as their weapon. Not sure if she recorded it with consent or not, only if society stopped blaming people based on their body, this wouldn't have happened.

According to Ajaygarh Police, during the investigation they found a video a suicide note, and WhatsApp chats on her mobile phone. Police say these proofs show that Srishti was being blackmailed and mentally tortured. The accused, Barkhu Thakur, was arrested on 8 June. Later he was taken to court and from there he was sent to jail.
