Yesterday’s terror attack on Sydney’s Jewish community and on all Australians is a day that will be forever burned in the nation’s soul. This was the darkest day Australia has faced since the Port Arthur Massacre in April 1996. Bondi Beach is a symbol of Australia. These murders are a desecration against us all. I acknowledge the swift and courageous response of New South Wales Police and paramedics, whose immediate action helped secure the scene, protect lives and support those caught up in this horrific attack. I particularly recognise those who stepped into danger to help save lives, disarm the terrorists, and render first aid to the wounded. We have all seen video footage of brave civilians, charging into danger in an effort to save lives. They are heroes. I share the nation’s revulsion and horror as we continue listening to the sorrow and heartbreak in the testimonials we are hearing. Many Australians are feeling a growing sense of bewilderment. There is palpable anger. And I share that anger. Because Antisemitism in Australia has been left to fester. Many of us who have been close to Jewish Australians for the last two years, as I have, heard story after story of hideous antisemitism. We have seen a clear failure of leadership to keep Australians safe, especially our Jewish community. We have a government that has seen antisemitism as a problem to be managed instead of evil which must be eradicated. Everything must change from today in how governments respond. Criminal acts have been perpetrated, repeatedly and very publicly. We have seen public landmarks turned into symbols of antisemitic hate. We have seen campuses occupied and Jewish students ostracised. We have seen the homes of Jewish Australians vandalised. We have seen Jewish childcare centres targeted. We have seen synagogues firebombed – orchestrated by foreign terrorist states. Every single day for the past two years, the lives of Jewish Australians have been made harder because the tide of antisemitism has been rising. The armed guards greeting four-year-olds on the way into kindergarten. The mothers who read hateful and threatening posts online and decided to keep their child home from school. University students having to put up with chants like ‘from the ‘river to the sea’. Let’s be clear. This chant calls for the explicit elimination of the Jewish State. Universities did not deal with this properly. Jewish Australians who told me they were returning to Israel because they felt safer there than here. In February this year, ASIO Director General Mike Burgess warned antisemitism was the biggest threat to loss of life in Australia. The Prime Minister has told Jewish Australians he will do whatever it takes to deal with antisemitism. He must start by committing today to implementing his own Antisemitism Envoy’s report in full.

What if I told you Australia has a political nuclear button built into the Constitution? It’s called Section 57 ❤️ Most Australians have never even heard of it, but it gives the Senate the power to stop legislation and force the country back to an election through what’s called a double dissolution🤔 That means: Every MP loses their seat, Every Senator goes back to the people and Australians get another vote on the future direction of the country. Today - we have….. Your country being invaded. Broken promises on power prices. Broken promises on tax. Broken promises on super. Record migration (invasion) during a housing crisis. Young Australians locked out of home ownership. Small businesses drowning in costs while Canberra lectures everyone about “fairness.” And now they want the Senate to just wave this budget through like none of that happened. I say “Treason” The Senate is not supposed to be a rubber stamp. It exists to scrutinise governments when public trust starts collapsing. Left wing activists called out. “A top cop has criticised violent protesters, stating those who “came to pick a fight with the police” were “issue-motivated groups on the left” during a fiery press conference in Melbourne on Sunday. Cheesman said the clashes were caused by a small but violent group among the crowd. “There were probably 800 to 1,000 people on each side today. The truth is, there’s probably 40 to 50 hardcore protesters who were trying to harm the police. The others are standing with them and not intervening, which is unacceptable.” He praised the March for Australia group for being peaceful. “They were peaceful, they were engaging, they listened to our instructions, they did what they were told, and they they protested by example. “The people that came to pick the fight with police were the issue-motivated groups on the left.” ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• This is a stunning press conference. For a police commander to come out and openly blame left wing activists for violence is quite unprecedented. Especially in Victoria. Commander Cheesmen has made it very hard for Labor to turn a blind eye to the radicals in their own ranks. Have no doubt many of those left wing activists would work in the bureaucracy. The sooner the size of government and the immigration rate is lowered the better.

My wife and mother-in-law were involved in a road rage incident today in Rowlett while on the way to pick up our child from daycare. A driver in a Ford truck associated with Pillar Roofing (TX plate: LJC 1424) became impatient while my wife waited for service road traffic to clear. According to my wife, the driver exited his truck, yelled at her, got back in, attempted to drive around her, and struck the side of our Cybertruck with his passenger-side mirror, causing visible damage. Afterward, he allegedly left his lane to continue the confrontation and made an obscene gesture before driving off. We have video footage from the Cybertruck and will be filing a police report with Rowlett Police Department Most importantly, my wife is shaken up after the incident. If this is someone representing your company, Pillar Roofing, I hope you take this seriously.

Indian-Origin Man On Life Support After Australian Cops “Kneed Him On Neck” Kundi lost consciousness after he was tackled to the ground, with a police officer allegedly driving a knee into his neck - a move that echoes the 2020 George Floyd case in the United States. Kundi and his partner Amritpal Kaur were allegedly arguing in public in Adelaide’s eastern suburbs in the early hours of Thursday, according to a report by Australia Today. A passing patrol reportedly mistook the incident for domestic violence despite Kaur’s insistence that Kundi was simply drunk and loud, not violent. Police told 9News that Kundi “violently resisted” arrest before he lost consciousness and became unresponsive while on the ground. His partner filmed the altercation— footage of which was obtained by 9News. The clip reportedly showed Kundi screaming as several officers tried to detain him against a police car. ‘I’ve done nothing wrong,’ he shouted, while Kaur filmed the act, crying out that the police to release her partner and telling them that they were acting unfairly. As an Indian citizen, in my personal capacity, I apologize to our Nepali brothers and sisters. This should never have happened. India and Nepal share deep-rooted historical, cultural, and people-to-people ties, and this incident is not a reflection of how India sees Nepal. The recent events at KIIT have been deeply troubling. Following the tragic death of Prakriti Lamsal, allegations have emerged that the university’s management, faculty, staff, and security personnel behaved in an inhumane and deeply unbecoming manner, few unverified videos also suggest that. After her passing, Nepali students protesting were allegedly subjected to verbal and physical abuse by university security and staff. A shocking video from campus appears to show a faculty member mocking Nepali students This is beyond insensitive—it is unacceptable. The Embassy of Nepal in India has intervened, ensuring Nepali students can stay in their hostels and calling for a fair and transparent investigation. The institution has now asked Nepali students to return, while earlier they had asked them to vacate. The Government of Nepal, including the Foreign Minister and Prime Minister, are closely monitoring the situation. The Indian Embassy in Nepal is also actively engaged and extending all necessary help in this regard. I am reliably told that the Odisha government has taken this matter seriously and is working with the Nepali embassy and other Indian authorities to address concerns. This demands swift action, accountability, and justice. There were warnings leading up to Bondi. We should not forget that just this year two Islamist nurses in Sydney recorded themselves on video saying that they would kill any “Zionist” patient that they encountered under their care. The fact of the matter is that Australia must be honest about the extent of Islamic radicalisation in our country. Parts of South-West Sydney now rival European ghettos like Molenbeek for Islamist radicalisation. For example, statistics show that nearly 1 in every 100 Muslim men aged between 17 and 35 living in South-West Sydney in the mid-2010s joined ISIS as a foreign fighter or were prevented by the Australian government from leaving the country to do so. The most recent survey of attitudes within the Muslim Australian community from 2019 found that 1 in every 40 Muslim men in Austalian believe that killing innocent civilians in an attack can sometimes be justified as “martyrdom.” The exact question was specifically designed to try and elicit negative responses by emphasising the word “innocent” when referring to attacks on civilians and it still elicited a 1 in 40 response rate. Of course we should make clear that this means 39 in 40 Muslim Australians reject such extremism. But the size of the overall Muslim community in Australians means that even if only 2-3% harbour extreme violent attitudes, we are still dealing with at least 10 to 20,000 potential violent extremists. My worst fear is that these numbers may be worse now post-October 7. We know that the events of the past two years have served as a major radicalisation event and we know that Islamist extremist organisations in Australia like Hizb Ut-Tahrir have been actively recruiting and organising based off events in the Middle East. The example of the Bondi nurses is disturbing because the ease with which they were able to slip into violent genocidal language while speaking on camera at ther work place - a public hospital - may indicate that such extremist sentiments are increasingly mainstream in parts of south-west Sydney which increasingly function as a parallel society. I would be extremely fearful that genocidal sentiment towards Jews is spreading rapidly in the Australian Muslim community. If a survey question were to ask about “martyrdom” attacks on “Zionist” civilians I truly fear that the results would be shocking. This is the wider social content that birthed the Bondi shooters.

PUBLIC STATEMENT – TRAGIC DEATH OF BRIAN MUENDO (CBD HAWKER/VENDOR) I have received a deeply disturbing complaint from a lady hawker regarding the tragic and senseless death of Brian Muendo, a 25-year-old egg vendor in Nairobi. According to the information received, the incident occurred on Friday night at Soma Club in Odeon, opposite Maximum Miracle Centre. A confrontation reportedly broke out inside the club involving a bouncer and other individuals before escalating outside. It is alleged that during this chaos, Brian Muendo who was peacefully going about his work selling eggs and was not involved in the dispute was brutally attacked by the said bouncer. He sustained severe injuries and was later rushed to Kenyatta National Hospital, where he was sadly pronounced dead. The suspect, identified as Momanyi, is currently on the run. Even more concerning are reports from residents indicating that this suspect is allegedly known for violent behavior. It is further claimed that just a day prior to this incident, another individual was assaulted by the same person, resulting in serious injuries. This is unacceptable. No Kenyan, especially a hardworking hustler trying to earn an honest living, should lose their life in such a cruel and senseless manner. I therefore call upon: The National Police Service (NPS) to move with speed and ensure the immediate arrest of the suspect. A thorough and transparent investigation into this incident. Accountability for anyone who may have aided or shielded the suspect. To the family and friends of Brian Muendo, I extend my deepest condolences. May God grant you strength during this very difficult time. Justice must be served. Let this be a strong warning that violence and lawlessness will not be tolerated in our society.

In the May/June Estimates, I asked questions about former MP Craig Kelly being booted off Facebook for posting alleged misinformation about #COVID, which turned out to be accurate. Initially, Home Affairs denied involvement in censoring parliamentarians, however it transpired they were involved and that they did censor a sitting Parliamentarian. An international advertising agency was employed to identify posts that were contrary to the government’s narrative on COVID. Over $1,000,000 of taxpayers’ money was paid to M&C Saatchi to act as the thought police against the #Australian people. These referrals enabled social media companies to make what Home Affairs calls ‘their own determinations’ about flagged posts and accounts should they go against the platform’s own guidelines. This is significant. Home Affairs claims it’s not in the business of censorship, but what else would you call such an arrangement? Judging by the strained and carefully worded answers in this video, Home Affairs would like us to believe it had no influence on the #censorship of Australians online during the COVID response.
