A heightened sense of insecurity has surfaced among the Daarood populace of those cities after the Somaliland Leadership and Clan elders announced an ethnic war against their People. Isaaq civilians have already taken heed of the advice given by their leaders and have started riots attacking Darood businesses like the Golis Company of Ceerigaabo and civilians who live in their cities due to familial or other ties.
