This woman wasn’t happy with her purchase, so she went back to Target to return it, she didn’t have the receipt but she figured they can look it up because she had the card she used to pay. The employee that handled her return looked like she walked in from the street, oversized sweats with ear buds in and smacking him loudly. The employee claimed she couldn’t find it and proceeded to call for security to remove the customer and also called the police to remove her. The woman started having a panic attack and the employee’s response was “just leave!” I think we need a better solution for returns that’s clean cut and aware to all, how would you feel if you were treated like this, would you just accept you can’t return without a receipt and leave?

MAGA Mama tries to run over Black Dolllar Tree employee—after following her to parking lot. Then she threw car in reverse & hit her again. After that she called 911 blaming Black woman for damage to car. The police arrest her instead. She called employee "lazy and Black" for not unloading her grocery cart for her. Instead of going to the checkout lane and putting her items on the conveyor belt herself like is normal—she demanded the employee walk around and do everything for her. That's when she unleashed her racist rant. Employee was so fed up she quit on the spot—and that's when the woman followed her to the parking lot and hit the employee with her car. Incident occurred in Sandy Springs, Georgia. Morgan Lewis doesn't have an account on this platform—so posting first full length and credited video here to help raise awareness.

This employee got a call about a DoorDash order that was already delivered. The customer ordered a steak and cheese, a meatball, and a pepperoni and salami sandwich. When another employee made it, the store was out of steak and mayo so she just made another meatball sandwich without consulting with the customer first. The customer is upset and says that if they were out of steak then they should have called and let her know so she could get something else instead of having the decision made for her. The employee defended the other employee and claims they aren’t allowed to call the customer and that the situation was appropriate. When the customer gets mad she then tells her to come down to the store as if to provoke a confrontation. Was the customer wrong for ordering from a third party site that doesn’t show their inventory in real time or should the employee have let the door dasher know so they could call the customer?

A woman uses her children as accomplices as they steal carts full of items from Target. She goes in to grab another cart full of things when an employee is able to stop her thanks to the help from a customer. There’s no excuse for this and people are sick of it. Good on this woman for helping prevent at least some of the theft.

Across the country, smart shopping carts are now a thing, you push it like a normal cart, however it scans every item you put in it, even weighs produce. There is a nice touchpad up top that keeps track of what you are purchasing and even allows you to search items and shows their location in the store. Do you feel they are doing this for the benefit of the customer or are they trying to curb theft?

This Smoothie King employee stayed so calm during one of the most awkward customer meltdowns. A customer comes up complaining that her smoothie wasn’t blended properly. Instead of just accepting a refund, she starts recording the whole interaction, insisting the employee confirm out loud that she “couldn’t” make the smoothie. The employee (who’s clearly trying to help) keeps her cool, repeatedly asks for the card so she can process the refund, and gently points out that the customer is holding up the line for everyone behind her. The customer keeps pushing, the employee stays polite and professional the entire time, and it finally ends with the employee handing over the cash and saying “have a good day.” Have you ever been on either side of a customer service moment like this?

🚨 Racist thug walks into the store, can’t wait two minutes for the employee (she was literally holding inventory in her hands)… and blurts out “I’m tired of these ghetto bitches” Black customer tells him to say that shit to her face… So the coward throws a drink on the Black man like a little coward. Classic racist punk behavior. Pathetic

A Lowe’s employee blocked off an aisle so he could move some heavy items safely. Warning signs and a barrier were clearly placed to keep customers out. Despite this, a customer moved the barrier aside and walked in, saying she just needed to grab one item. The employee immediately warned her that the area wasn’t safe and called for assistance. Rules like these usually exist to prevent accidents. Ignoring safety warnings can put both the customer and employees at risk, even if someone thinks they’ll “just be a second.” When safety barriers are clearly set up, should customers face consequences for ignoring them and entering restricted areas?

POPEYES EMPLOYEE REFUSES to hand over food a customer ALREADY PAID FOR online… then calls the cops on him. Customer shows up, receipt in hand, food sitting right there… and this employee/manager straight-up says “I don’t care” and tells him to get out or she’ll call the police. Jokes on her though…If it were me, I would still get my food and eat it while the cops are slapping the cuffs on her. 😂 Would you press charges on her?

‼️RACIAL PROFILING: A RACIST White Hispanic female AutoZone employee targeted a Black man simply for wearing a backpack in the store. 😱 She followed him around suspiciously and refused to assist him when he asked for help finding a product. Her racism didn’t stop there. She was also overheard speaking in Spanish, saying: “THESE ARE THE PEOPLE I HAVE TO WATCH.”

A video from a Burger King outlet has gone viral online, capturing a tense exchange between a customer and an employee over how they addressed each other. According to the footage, the incident began when a woman customer referred to the employee as “young man” while collecting her order. The employee, who identifies as female, corrected the customer several times, leading to a disagreement. The customer, visibly frustrated, insisted she would “call you what I see,” prompting the employee to respond by addressing her as “sir.” The situation escalated when the woman demanded to speak with the manager, later identified as Kimberly Byer, one of the owners of the franchise. During the discussion, the customer accused the staff member of being rude and claimed she had no obligation to use the pronouns or titles the employee preferred. The owner acknowledged that the employee’s retaliation was “inappropriate” but also reminded the customer that Burger King expects guests not to insult team members.

A woman was shopping at her local store when she saw a display of recently discounted designer purses. The deals were good but the selection was Millie’s, she was able to get one that she really liked, she was lucky because they only had one in stock. When she left her cart unattended briefly, a young couple took that purse out of her cart. She saw them again at the check out and they clearly acknowledged what they did. They refused to give it back to her and even gloated in her face. Is there anything she can really do at this point, the people didn’t steal technically since the item wasn’t purchased yet?

This woman was on the porch when her neighbor drove by scowling at her. Turns out the neighbor called the police on her for her rowdy pool party. It was just her kids splashing in a kiddie pool in the front yard trying to stay cool in the heat and having fun. The cops laughed it off and left. But at the end of the day she has to still live here with this woman across the street. Seeing that this wasn’t even close to being what she claimed to be, should they charge her for a false report or harassment?

This escalated FAST… A customer tried to return a $3,000 item at Best Buy, but the cashier refused, and things quickly turned tense. Situations like this can go from calm to confrontational in seconds, especially when big money is involved. Who do you think is actually in the wrong here, the customer or the store? And should stores be more flexible with returns on expensive items?

A delivery driver for Advance Auto Parts experienced a frustrating encounter at store 9597 in Leesburg, Florida. After dropping off parts mid-route, an employee claimed she had left behind an item that needed to be returned to the hub. When she couldn’t locate it on the shelf, she asked the employee to show her the part, but instead of handing it over or clearly pointing out its location, the interaction became unhelpful. The situation escalated, prompting her fiancé to step in and support her. The driver later voiced concerns about how delivery workers are treated, the lack of extra compensation for using personal vehicles, and the challenges of covering rising fuel costs on low pay.

She walked into Aerie already feeling vulnerable. Swimsuit shopping after having a baby? That alone was hard enough. She grabbed a handful of options, apologized in advance, even explained her situation; trying to make it easier, trying not to be that customer. But from the start, something felt off. The energy. The attitude. Still… she pushed through. Then it happened. As she walked back toward the fitting room, she heard it; her. The employee. Mid-sentence, complaining about “how much stuff” she had taken in. No filter. No awareness. And worst of all… no idea she was standing right there listening. Her heart dropped. All the insecurity she had tried to keep together? Gone in seconds. The worker tried to backtrack, claimed it was about someone else; but the damage was already done. She paid, left, and sat in her car trying not to cry… but she couldn’t hold it in. You never know what someone is going through; one careless comment can hit harder than you realize. If you caught someone talking about you like that… would you report it, confront them, or just walk away and never come back?

Walmart employee wearing a big “Happy to Help” shirt…can’t actually help the customer because she doesn’t speak English. This is now the third employee the frustrated shopper has talked to who can’t communicate with her in English. She specifically asks to be taken to someone who does speak English and the next employee also can’t speak it. This is becoming completely normal in America.

This woman was staying at a hotel that has a self checkout for snacks and various drinks at the front desk. Usually it is attended by a front desk employee but when she went that morning, he was busy helping another guest. She wanted to get a soda but since he wasn’t there, she ignored the self check out, waved the soda in front of their camera and took it and left without paying. Once the employee came back, they already knew what had happened and they are treating it as a theft and informed her she is being removed from the hotel for stealing. She whips out her camera because she felt since nobody was there to ring her up despite the self check out, that she could just take it. Should the self check out which is right in front of the products have been more noticeable or is this a case of entitlement, do you feel she actually stole the item?
