Shoprite if you cannot help people, why you exist?

@Shoprite_SA why cashiers assume it's like we are borrowing when we withdraw cashback. The attitude is annoying. I am glad moved to pick n pay....staff trained well.

Nothing wrong with this... Shoprites advertises the service, by them advertising the service they are encouraging people to use the till points instead of ATMs.

Capitec Customers are dramatic 😂😂😂 Even there atm is longer than this ! ATM is for cash, shops are only helping you to do cash back ! They sell groceries there at Shoprite not an AtM

Cashiers also depend on that money for sales to go swiftly on their till, imagine if a giant like shoprite did not have change, you guys will start complaining again!! Now because you want to save that 3rand withdrawal fee you start insulting cashiers for managing their tills

Lucky the cashier is black otherwise can you image the outrage. Anyway he must wait in line or go to The atm

lol use an ATM buddy, she probably had her reasons, mybe she didnt have that 2k and was waiting for people to buy so that its available, wa nyela , you remind me of that guy at the petrol station that wanted to leave without paying then he can pay when he comes back

supermarkets owners prefer cash to be given to people for cash back than risk having it taken by robbers should ot happen.The less cash in the premises the better

Shoprite cashiers are among the worst in terms of customer care/service. It's even worse in the townships.
