I have never in my ENTIRE LIFE known a better schedule than this for people with very busy weeks/long commutes to work that still allows them to hit the gym 4x per week: Saturday - Upper Sunday - Lower Monday - OFF Tuesday - Upper Wednesday - Lower Thursday - OFF Friday - OFF You can toggle Wednesday’s Lower to Thursday if that works better for you btw You can also do a little more volume on the weekend days than you do during the weekdays and still have no issues as far as recovery goes

Look around the U.S. at how high school soccer is structured in states to help and protect kids. In Florida, high school games are only played during the week so student athletes can still compete in exposure club tournaments on the weekend if they choose to. In Texas, schools are limited to 2 games per week: One game Monday-Thursday and one Friday or Saturday. No back-to-backs are allowed. In Nebraska, the final week of the postseason schedule is: Monday → Friday → Monday. That’s what prioritizing student athlete health and safety actually looks like. Then there’s Illinois and the Illinois High School Association (IHSA). Until it was forced by a student athlete-led Illinois House Bill in spring of 2025, the IHSA owned and blocked student athletes from any outside event during the season. The IHSA has no health and safety limitation on the number of games that may be played in a week. The IHSA had schools playing FOUR of its final tournament games in FIVE days — including the possibility of 3 final games in 24 hours. Don’t believe me: Tuesday → Friday → Saturday (two). Now, it’s only one game on Saturday: Tuesday → Friday → Saturday…a mere 3 games in 120 hours. So let’s recap: Florida protects weekends to help kids have options. Followed by an evening at track with Valtteri Bottas taking me on a hot lap. FRIDAY📍Flew to NYC. SATURDAY📍Arrived in Milan working with DAZN Football covering the Milan Derby buildup. SUNDAY📍Attended the iconic San Siro Stadium creating content with DAZN pitchside. Although I’m not too sure what time zone I’m on and running solely on adrenaline and sugar…. This also includes Palmdale, Lancaster, and Barstow. The main 594 DM heat axis will, unfortunately, affect Palm Springs, Coachella Valley, and Imperial. These areas will see temperatures of 115° to 120° during this time, especially on Wednesday and Thursday, which will be the hottest days of this year, and humidity will come in from the southeast, possibly bringing the first real taste of some monsoon moisture into our region. There are also new changes in the last 24 hours of the Baja low axis and embedded early Wednesday morning hints of unstable parameters for Los Angeles to San Diego counties. This includes the high desert communities, something to keep an eye on. Because it’s been so cool along the coastal zones and valleys for the past several months, please make sure to drink plenty of water and wear light clothing. Also, please check on the pets and elderly, as now we are on the first day of summer, and this means that more heat will be in our future. Temperatures in Phoenix will reach 115 to 119° heat by Wednesday and Thursday. This will be the hottest temperature so far this year. If you are traveling on the I-10 or the I-15, please make sure that you are not traveling during peak hours in the sun, as this could cause your automobile to overheat, especially if your radiator is not working properly with its cooling system. TAYNEWPOLCASAN FAMILY TIME D1 #PolcaFamMeetingD1 [full thank you ment - after vtr project] 🐳 Say something. 🐻‍❄ We actually had a talk yesterday during rehearsal, like in playful way, "They'll play it tomorrow anyway as surprise," and when it actually played for us to watch... Well, it's not just because we're happy for having Polcasan. It's also a 10 years flashback where we first had Polca, which are people who stay with us together until today. As I always say, we don't know how much longer we can still be working like this and how much longer people can still support us like this, one day we'll turn into an ordinary people on the street. Today, I'm happy that I can share happiness to everyone. Moreover, we have San with us as well that adds something different in. I'm happy and always remember the first day San came in PEBACA with Kingman and Babii. Even that day, we were like, "Oh so happy to have San turn into a lively figure who can run and playing around already," we also had a talk with San like, "Let's us working and playing together often, Jeje Oonyai loves you so much." we talked without even had single thought he'll be this loved. Now, it proves that people really loves San, someone who brings happiness for everyone, even us, we're happy as well. I'm glad and so happy to be working with San. I'm really happy. 🏇🏻I can already see people moaning about Cheltenham and its prices. Don’t leave it until the last minute to book, as at present the prices are reasonable. I’ve got the week hotel for £450, booked just last week in Gloucester in a 4 star hotel with spa. (£225 for a week between me and my pal, 3 beds so could have been even cheaper) It’s £18 in Uber to the course between us! My flights - £57 return to Newcastle with EasyJet. Tickets are at the lowest price now!! and stagger in price up to the Festival. **There is a 18-28 concession too, plus 20% off multiple day purchases at present. If you don’t want the hassle of sorting then Venatour Sports Travel are working with the The Jockey Club to make accommodation/travel/ticket packages cheaper and accessible to more… I’ve used them before and it’s friendly, stress free and great trips. ✅ So don’t wait until Festival week and cry on about prices when it can be done cheap enough. (*In the context of a Festival and event!) - half those moaning I know haven’t even been to Cheltenham! And those papers reporting huge prices just need headlines, you just need to shop about. Also can’t wait for the boring - 😴 “Willie has too many runners”, “it’s not the same as years ago”, “the burgers cost too much” - stop crying on about a £1 or two, stop comparing to Ascot in the summer with a Saturday crowd etc, stop living in the past, and live in the moment! I’m going to keep dancing until I’m 80. I debuted as a dance singer. A dance… Don’t do an encore? Alright. If you all tell me not to, then I won’t do one. 🐯: Do I really have to do an encore? Of course, my health comes first. I also believe my health should always come first. Because only if I’m healthy can I dance and sing in front of you. But at the same time… When people ask why I keep adding more concerts. Whenever I read comments like that. My heart hurts a little. It makes me sad. Because of course I want to prepare the best concert possible and present it to you as a gift. I want to invite you with a performance that’s made well. But so many people tell me they couldn’t see it, Or that they want to see it. When I read or hear those things…Rather than thinking about how tired my body is… What stays with me is hearing all of you say that seeing my concert made you happy. And as I always say, I want to bring all of you joy and happiness. 🐯: If I simply say, “I’m tired, so I’ll only do two shows.” Then once that time passes, it’ll never come back. More than anything…I just want even one more person to be able to see it. My secret project that has been in the works is finally done!! Adopted 2 benches for Bin at Esplanade, Singapore! 💜🤍 Starting this project as a little secret of mine helped me cope with the grief I had in my heart, because it made me look forward to something, and I really wanted to give something back to Bin for all the times he brought light in my life~ it’s the last precious memory that Bin and I will share together so I’ll keep close to my heart! 🫶🏼 It all started since a few days after the news broke… It started as a thought of “what if I can adopt a bench in Singapore?” after finding out that the Seoul bench adoption will expire in a few years… then the thoughts sparked into an action and after so long it’s finally completed 🥹 23/4/23: the thought process started and the search for a project began 26/4/23: contacted Esplanade 28/4/23: first viewing of the available benches 3/5/23: second viewing of some selected benches, decision to adopt & donation made 29/5/23: Plaques on benches installed It was tough choosing the locations, but what finally got me to decide was the amazing view and breeze at the waterfront bench 🌃🌬️, and the sighting of some butterflies and the moon at the Forecourt garden bench 🦋🌙 Bin-ah I asked you multiple times to tell me what you wanted since I couldn’t decide, and it seems like you wanted both (hence the strong winds like you were giving me a hug at the first bench and the moon at night at the second bench)… so I got you both are you happy?🤭 You can choose to sit at the waterfront bench and enjoy the breeze and pretty waters which I know you’ll love, or you can go to the forecourt bench and lie down and sleep because it’s so big 😂 The waterfront bench has a 10 year renewal so I’ll renew every 10 years as I renew my promise to remember you and live well~ and the Forecourt garden bench is a lifetime adoption which means you’ll always be remembered~ But Bin-ah was it your doing? I wanted the plaques to be up on the 26th of May since 26 is a special number because of your birthday, but there was a delay so it couldn’t be done! Then I requested for 6th June as it’ll be the 49th day of you leaving to a happier place but… suddenly the admin staff told me they were installing it yesterday??? What were the odds? It was right after my exams… was that you delaying the project because you wanted me to focus on my exams?🥹🥲 I wrote in my letter that I wanted you to bless me for my exams and I guess you did by celebrating with me with such news after the exams 😌 I guess you also wanted to visit earlier 🤭 It’s a bittersweet feeling really… I’m really happy with what I’ve done yet it hurts thinking of the reason of why I even thought of this project to do… I’ll come often when I miss you so please visit often okay! You did mention that you wanted to come to Singapore for the fancon, so now I’ve made a place that’s specially for you so please visit often!! 😄 My favourite moon, you’ll always shine the brightest! But anyone who's ever worked alongside me will tell you that's usually the first and best reason I'll ever need to make something happen, and things started to move. Meanwhile our brilliant Kat Reeves (✿•_•✿) was already working on a brand update for the show. I have a tendency to be very "xtra" and she was working to finally realize what I'd tried to do when I invented this branding way back in 2016, and everyone on the team was thrilled with the results. So, I finally had the logo I'd always wanted, and a kickass sequence that referenced the earliest days of the persistent universe (look up "Big Benny's Challenge" and Matt | BadNewsBaron 🚀 if you don't know or remember) and my current life in the UK, what I needed now was a track to lay under it that could not only hold it all up, but elevate it beyond its combined parts. I spent hours searching the libraries we had. Nothing fit. Nothing vibed. In desperation, I pinged Pedro Macedo Camacho at 12:39am in the morning. Of course, he was working, too. I was only looking for guidance, but he knew exactly what was needed, and he didn't hesitate to offer to create something special for our milestone. We only had an evening to work. We'd need to extend the sequence to fit the idea. We had to create moments for the new title to reveal. This was the 1,171 video I've made for CIG, and 500th in a legacy begun by others and entrusted to me by Ben “LOAF” Lesnick (important) that I take as seriously today as I did when he asked if I could do it in 2015 and I summoned up a lifetime of bullshit to tell him I could. 😜 But not one of those 1,171 was made by me alone. JOONG LEGEND100 NEW FACE #100ListSocialClub2026 #จุงอาเชน #JoongArchen 🌞as for this year i recently wrapped filming for “Loveless Heroine” . it took around 40 to almost 50 shooting days. i feel that the whole team put so much effort into it. it’s a very big project so everyone can definitely look forward to it. it’s going to be fun 🌞: in this series i play Plew Kham. it’s a role many people have been waiting for because the character already has fans from the novel and is quite well-known. that made me feel quite pressured, wondering whether i could portray the character well enough. but i want everyone to believe that i truly put my heart into everything. please look forward to and support Plew Kham as well. everyone might see me shirtless throughout most of the series but i believe the number of my mom fans definitely won’t decrease—it’ll only increase … 🌞i eat 3 boiled eggs in the morning chicken at noon and eggs again at night : just because you have to take off your shirt? 🌞no i mean i have to take care of myself too. after wrapping filming i feel like i can finally fly. i’m really becoming jub chicken now. anyway please look forward to it and support us …. 🌞i feel that the hardest thing about taking on a period drama like this is actually doing my homework on the script and dialogue. cause as an actor, there are some things we can’t just improvise based on our own feelings. since it uses an ancient form of language i have to really study and absorb the script a lot. that part is quite difficult. it’s the dialogue. i feel like it really is old language. words and phrases like feel quite distant from my everyday life

Same as before, the appearance is pulled before I go on air. This has happened enough times that it is no longer a coincidence. It is a pattern. And patterns have explanations. I am not difficult to book. I turn up. I am respectful. I speak plainly and I explain what is taking place in a way no one else does. Over the years, I've sat in rooms with world leaders and spoke in front of thousands. The problem is not me. The people pulling these plugs are not scared of me. They are scared of the evidence I carry and what it proves. They would rather speak around the issue, blame people who are blameless, or present what I documented years ago as though it is suddenly new.
